無料インターネットサービス利用規約 第1版
お客様がご利用を希望されている無料インターネットサービス(以下「本サービス」と記載します)は、本ページ上部に記載されている法人(以下「サービス提供元」と記載します)が提供する無料のインターネット接続を提供するものであり、サービス提供元からの委託された株式会社ビーマップが、お客様へのインターネット接続に関する管理業務を代行しています。本サービスをご利用頂くには、無料インターネットサービス利用規約(以下「本利用規約」と記載します)の同意が必要となります。また、株式会社ビーマップの所在地については、別記2に記載しております。
第1条 本サービスの提供
(1)本サービスは、サービス提供元が設置するインターネット回線と無線LAN施設より、お客様へ無料のインターネットサービスを提供するものです。
(2)本サービスは、本利用規約に合意されたお客様の情報を、サービス提供元に代わって、株式会社ビーマップが管理いたします。なお、別記1に記載する情報のすべてもしくは一部を、株式会社ビーマップが保管いたします。
(3)本サービスの提供は、サービス提供元が指定する時間と利用範囲で提供します。
(4)本サービスに付帯するサービスがある場合、本サービスの利用規約と共に、付帯サービスの利用規約が適用されます。
第2条 本サービスの利用
(1)本サービスを利用されるお客様は、次の行為について実施されないようご注意下さい。本サービスの提供が著しく侵害された場合、サービス提供元の依頼により、株式会社ビーマップは通信帯域の制限を実施する場合があります。
1.犯罪行為・不正アクセス行為に利用する事。
2.不正行為を助長するP2Pアプリケーションを利用する事。
3.各種サービスにおいて、第三者の合意なく、お客様以外のアカウントを利用する事。
4.著作権法に違反するデータ、卑猥な情報、日本国における法律・条例に抵触するデータのダウンロードを行う事。
5.正規のデータ通信であっても、おおむね1日あたり1GB以上を超えるデータ通信を実施する事。
6.不正アクセス行為の禁止等に関する法律をはじめとする、日本法に抵触する行為を行う事。
7.本サービスが利用できる範囲で、常時接続を目的とした利用を行う事。
8.第三者が不快と感じられる行為(誹謗中傷行為、プライバシー侵害行為、脅迫行為、名誉棄損行為、リベンジポルノ行為、いやがらせ行為、不特定多数による個人情報の特定行為、他)を行う事。
9.その他、サービス提供元ならびに株式会社ビーマップが禁止、もしくは不適切と判断される事項。
(2)本サービスは一時的なインターネットサービスの利用を目的としており、長時間の利用を目的としておりません。
(3)本サービスのセキュリティは保全されておりません。お客様はお客様個人を特定(ログイン)を必要とするサービスの利用、個人情報を送受信する行為を実施した際、悪意ある第三者が、送受信内容を解読する可能性があります。お客様はご自身で適切なセキュリティの対策を取り、ご利用される事を推奨します。
第3条 本サービスで保管されるデータ
(1)お客様が第2条1項に記載する禁止事項を実施された場合、もしくは関係機関から要請を受けた場合、サービス提供元の依頼により、株式会社ビーマップは別記1に記載する情報を、関係機関へ提出する場合があります。
(2)サービス提供元の依頼により、株式会社ビーマップは統計情報ならびに運営業務の為、別記1の情報を個人が特定できない内容に加工し、利用する場合があります。
(3)本サービスの利用には、Cookie(クッキー)を利用いたします。お客様はCookieの利用について許可した状態で本サービスをご利用下さい。
第4条 免責事項
(1)サービス提供元と株式会社ビーマップは、下記の事象について保証せず、サービスの提供の不備についての責務を負わない事とします。
1.サービス制限もしくは機材故障などの理由により、インターネット接続が利用できない場合
2.お客様がご利用される端末の接続が本サービスに接続できない場合
3.お客様の情報が悪意ある第三者によって情報が解読され、不正に利用された場合
(2)サービス提供元と株式会社ビーマップは、本サービスに障害が発生した場合、その回復について規定し保証する事はありません。
(3)サービス提供元と株式会社ビーマップは、お客様が本サービスを利用する事によって発生した損害について、補てんする事はありません。
(4)サービス提供元と株式会社ビーマップは、お客様がご利用される端末が確実にインターネットへ接続される事を保証する事はありません。
第5条 その他
(1)本利用規約は、日本語で記載されています。各言語で提供される利用規約に齟齬があった場合、日本語で記載される内容を優先いたします。
(2)本サービスにてソーシャルネットワークサービス(SNS)を利用した認証を行った場合、各SNSサービスへ接続している間は、各SNSの提供元が規定する利用規約に基づく事とします。また、各SNSの提供元が日本国以外の場合、利用規約もしくは各SNSの提供元の所在地にある国の法律が適用されます。
(3)本利用規約は、サービス提供元と株式会社ビーマップは、変更が必要であると判断された場合、事前告知する事なく修正する事があります。修正後については、接続時に表示する本利用規約にて提示いたします。
(4)本利用規約は、本サービスの利用時における最新版を表示いたします。お客様は最新の利用規約に合意頂く必要があります。
本利用規約は、2017年6月1日より実施するものとします(第2版)。
本利用規約は、2016年10月1日より実施するものとします(第1版)。

※ご利用されるスマートフォンの操作方法、インターネットへの接続方法については、お買い求め頂いた販売店もしくは製造元へお問い合わせ下さい。株式会社ビーマップではご質問を承っておりません。
※本サービスがご利用できない場合は、サービス提供元の担当者様へお伝え下さい。株式会社ビーマップは、お客様の不具合事象に関する個別のお問い合わせは承っておりません。

This free WiFi service is brought to you by AREA OWNER and provided by BeMap Inc. In order to access this service, you must consent to the following service agreement.
Act1.Service outline
1. This internet service is brought to you free of charge.
2. This service is provided by BeMap Inc. instead of AREA OWNER. As outlined in Notice1, all recorded information is controlled by BeMap, Inc.
3. This service is made available at the discretion of AREA OWNER. As such, there may be brief periods of unavailability.
4. In the case that additional terms are added, they are added to this agreement at the same time. You must agree to all terms of this service agreement.
Act2.Notice
1. You are not allowed to do any of the following acts. You will not be allowed to access the service when doing so.
1) Use the service for illegal activity
2) Transmission of files that would violate copyright
3) Use of an SNS account belonging to someone other than yourself
4) Exchanging obscene, lewd, or otherwise sexual information
5) Transmission of data in excess of 1 GB a day
6) Acts that would violate any Japanese laws
7) Intention to connect and use all the time
8) Mental abuse, privacy violations, bullying, insulting actions, sexual actions, and harassment to others
9) Other acts that AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. do not allow
2. This service cannot be used for 24 hours
3. When using this service, you are responsible for all security measures to protect your information
Act.3 Access logs
1. If you have done any actions mentioned above when using the service, we will report your information to the police.
2. When using the service, your actions are logged with AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc.
3. Cookies must be enabled to access this service
Act4. Disclaimer
1. AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. will not be responsible for warranties or any kinds of inaccessibility to this service when
1) Exceed the service restrictions or malfunction of the device, etc.
2) Your device is unable to connect to this service
3) Unauthorized third parties access your information and make the service inaccessible
2. AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. will not guarantee the restoration of service should a malfunction occur
3. AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. will not compensate any damages that may occur while using the service.
4. AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. will not guarantee the security of the service while using the service.
Act5. Other agreements
1. This service agreement is published in Japanese we will give priority to what is described in Japanese.
2. If you connect to this service using your SNS account, while connecting to your SNS account, the agreement will be based on each SNS provider. In addition, if the country of origin of an SNS provider are from a country other than Japan, the laws of the country of origin of that SNS service will be applied.
3. If AREA OWNER and BeMap Inc. determine that it is necessary to change some terms in this agreement, they may be modified without prior notice. After the correction, the modified agreement will be displayed when you make the confirmation.
4. This agreement is the latest version. You must agree with this agreement in order to access this service.
